Several accessible cliffs are suitable in Ardèche to softly and safely discover rock climbing. Excellent initiation to body-coordination, rock climbing let you feel your own body and mind acting in a new element: the verticalness.
Level required :
Beginner
Age mini :
5 years old.
As far as possible, we organise courses by age bracket : children, teenagers, adults (the cliffs are adapted to these different age brackets).
Contents :
Discovery of climbing equipement, initiation to security basics (knots, belaying) and some principles of body movements specific to rock climbing.
Please allow:
Sport clothes, water, picnic.
We provide :
Climbing shoes, harness, helmet, rope and carabiners.
